Alexander Kolbasko presented the project \u201cCultural Route of Francysk Skaryna (part Polatsk \u2013 Vilnius)\u201d within the framework of the theme: \u201cSkaryna&#8217;s  Route  in the context of cultural routes of the Council of Europe. Pilot Project Results\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. A.
